“I don’t know why but I’ve never got used to this place. Before moving here we had always lived in the same little appartment with Carine. We settled there only two months after we met, as we thought it was silly to pay two different rents. But then Carole got pregnant. We decided to keep the baby and three years later, we had two kids.
Actually, I didn’t really notice, but things have changed very quickly for 14 years.”

    A LA REALISATION

    Muriel Breton est une réalisatrice et monteuse française. Elle a monté plusieurs films de François Ozon en particulier Le refuge (2010), Ricky (2009) ou encore Angel (2007). Toujours en tant que monteuse elle a également travaillé avec Laurent Perreau (Le bel âge, 2009), Valérie Mréjen (French Courvoisier, 2009) et Lucia Sanchez (Profanations, 2008). En 2007, elle se lance dans la réalisation avec le court-métrage A côté, produit par Local Films. En 2010, elle réalise son deuxième court-métrage, Groenland, toujours produit par Local Films.

    Murie Breton is a Franch director and editor. As an editor she worked with several directors such as François Ozon, Laurent Perreau, Valérie Mréjen and Lucia Sanchez. In 2007 she directed her first short film "A côté", produced by Local Films. Groenland (2010), still produced by Local Films, is her second short film as a director.
