This is a documentary about dance, an living and ephemeral art, which is trasmitted from generations to generations. The aim was to celebrate and honour the creators from the previous generation: jacqueline Robinson, Karine Waehner, Dominique Dupuy – generation which was also influenced by the great preacher of Modern Dance, Mari Wigman- in order to understand in what extent the current generation is original and where it comes from.
Dance goes from a body to another one, flying through time and space like a living link. It is a gift from the past that people have to enjoy with a human rythm. A gift stronger than time and space barriers, even during the dark years of World War Two.
